• To setup new service, fill out the application. The application requires valid driver’s license/ID, social security number, and for renting/leasing customers to have a copy of rental/lease agreement. The Water Billing Office provides next day service; however, if you would like for services to be connected the same day of your application, a fee of $25 must be paid.  Take application to 1202 Southmore, Pasadena, TX 77501. Hours of operation: 7:30 AM – 5 PM Monday – Thursday, Friday 7:30 AM – 1 PM.
