Water

  • The customer needs the following items; rental/lease agreement or written agreement between legal owner and renter, closing papers, copy of current driver’s license, residential deposits of $150 for each account, contract for service, if the applicant or renters/leasors have outstanding water account balances the amounts MUST be paid in full prior to any water service to begin or transfer to new location, and there is a transfer fee of $25 paid at time of transfer.

  • If you are unable to come to the office in person, please email the required documentation to bhibbitts@texas-city-tx.org and call customer service at 409-643-5923 to pay the deposit over the phone. There is a $5 charge to pay over the phone with a credit/debit card.
